  1. Is the event center available for events Sunday – Thursday?  Currently the venue is closed on those dates, however if you have a special occasion or event that you would like to host on days (Sun-Thur) please contact us for possible booking, pricing and availability. 

  2. Can I tour the barn before booking? Absolutely! We encourage anyone interested in booking their event at Willowynn to schedule a tour of the space, weekdays Monday-Thursday. Call or email to schedule a consultation today.

  3. How many people with the barn hold? We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 seated guests in our climate-controlled space depending on the layout of your event and tables and dance floor space. We can provide seating charts based on your preferences. 

  4. Can we bring our own alcohol?  Yes. Bartender(s) must be TABC certified and security present per 100 guests if alcohol is served dependent on the type of event hosted. Customers can bring their own alcohol a week prior to event (inventoried and stored) and all leftover alcohol must remain until the week after the event to be returned and ready for pick up the Monday following the event. It will be inventoried and locked in storage. Safety is our top priority.

  5. What is included in the rental price? Full use of barn and 18-acre property, typically from 11 am to 11 pm, including tables and chairs. Please refer to the list of amenities or email if you have a specific request.

  6. Can we use sparklers or fireworks? Sparklers are permitted during wedding ceremonies upon departure. Fireworks or explosives are not. Chinese lanterns may be permitted depending on the season and weather.

  7. Do you have a required list of vendors? We want our guests to make the event experience unique and all your own so any vendor you want to use is acceptable. Bartenders must have a valid TABC license. We need to know your vendors beforehand to allow them access to the property and arrange for proper insurance. We can also provide a list of local vendors or make recommendations based on our experience. 

  8. What other fees may be associated with the property rental? Insurance policy, TABC licenses, security guards if required, $1000 refundable damage deposit, and towing of vehicles not picked up by 10am the morning following your event. Also, you are responsible for payment to your own vendors/DJs/bartenders/entertainers.

  9. Will you have an outdoor ceremony site? Yes, the Barn at Willowynn will have an open air chapel and also a scenic location near our pond.

  10. What is included in the dressing room suites? Our two dressing rooms include 5 station vanities.  The suites have a private garden, luxurious seating areas, TV & Sound System, private bathroom with walk-in shower and a mini fridge. Also, the grooms room will convert into a child care area after the ceremony begins. On-site nanny will be available for hire. We encourage you to come out and tour the venue prior to booking.

  11. Can I take bridal or engagement pictures on the property? Yes, bridal portraits and photography sessions can be prearranged and taken on site. Please schedule in advance.
